Most of the Keys is one road with bridges in it. A spring cone left on the mainland is not a ten-minute correction. It is a return across the Seven Mile Bridge or a wait behind a wreck on Plantation Key. We ask odd questions for that reason: width, one spring or two, stilts or slab, and whether the door is currently open.
What changes the hardware on the truck
A torsion shaft and an extension-spring layout do not share parts. A wind-rated leaf does not share sections with an ordinary skin. A photo of the header, taken from inside, and a photo of the whole door from the driveway tell us which family of parts to stage. You do not need to measure a loaded spring.
Bridges are part of the job, not a surprise
Stock Island, Big Coppitt, and Key West sit at the end of the chain. Islamorada sits on several islands with short bridges between them. The visit is planned as a run, not as a promise about a clock. If the only access is a narrow fill lot or a shared pier, say so before the day, because the bars and the ladder need a place to stand.
South Dade is the resupply, not a second company
Florida City and Homestead are where the highway meets the mainland grid. A wrong part discovered in Key Largo can sometimes be corrected from there without sending the job all the way back to a warehouse mood. That is logistics. It is not a claim that a crew is stationed on every key.

Should I order a spring online and have you install it?
Please don't. A coil chosen from a listing is a common way to make a door climb on its own or stay heavy. The specification is taken from the door that is there.
What if I only know the mile marker?
Give the mile marker and the side of the road. It is often more useful than a subdivision name that does not appear on a map the crew is using that morning.
