Kendall is the name people use for a wide unincorporated area organized by Kendall Drive, the Snapper Creek canal, and a lot of two-car garages. Dadeland is a commercial landmark at the edge. It is a poor description of a house on a residential block. Doors here fail from use: two cars, daily cycles, original torsion hardware, hot roofs.

A townhouse bay with a shared driveway and an HOA trash schedule is a different setup from a detached garage on a corner lot. The spring math depends on the leaf. The logistics depend on the shared drive. Name which you have.
Distance from the islands
Kendall is the far north of the company's daily logic. A Kendall stop is not 'on the way' to Key West. We schedules it as a mainland stop. Island pages should not be used for a Kendall address.
