About this area
Cudjoe Key carries more houses than the islands immediately west of it. Cudjoe Gardens and the canal streets south of the highway are the usual residential pattern. Doors are a mix of under-house bays and more conventional garages. The blimp balloon to the north is a landmark people use; it does not describe the opening.

Gardens lots versus canal fingers
A Gardens lot may give the van a straight driveway and a drywall garage. A finger lot may not. The same stalled door is a different afternoon. Name the street pattern.
Why the part list still matters
Cudjoe feels less remote than Key West and is not remote. A wrong drum is still a bridge. Width and spring layout are worth a photo before the run is built.

Do you treat the balloon base as a meeting point?
No. Give the house address or the street. Landmarks are for your own directions, not a place to stage.
Are vacation rentals skipped?
If someone can authorize the visit and be responsible for the opening, the door can be on the schedule. A lockbox code does not replace a person who knows how the door failed.
